Yes, always. If your company appears in our directory, taking control of what it says costs nothing on any plan — a directory of claimed, accurate profiles is better for everyone, including us.
What's a workspace?
One workspace = one company = one agent. If you run two companies, each gets its own workspace and agent. Your plan's credits are shared across every workspace on it, so you can put several companies on one plan or keep each on its own — either way, your login works across all of them.
What happens if I run out of credits?
