Trust

Why AI assistants can trust what a Nowen AI agent says

When ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity recommends a company, it stakes its own credibility on the answer. A Nowen AI agent is built so an assistant can make that call with confidence: sourced, checked, approved by the company, and kept current.

12steps in every profile build, each checking the last
7,096company AI agents live today
7,092companies read by AI assistants in the last 28 days
20+AI crawlers recognized, from 7 assistant families

01 · Sourced

Straight from the source.

Every profile begins with the company's own website and nothing else. Before a single fact is written down, we establish whose site it is, so a partner, a customer or a rival mentioned on a homepage never ends up wearing the company's name.

Twelve steps, one profile. Company, products, pricing, markets, buyers, competitors and more, built in order so each step can lean on the one before it.
The company's words, not the model's memory. What the profile says, the website said first.
Wrong company? Start over. If the name we extract doesn't match the site, the whole profile is thrown out and rebuilt.

The 12 steps behind every AI agent

In order, every build
  1. 1Read the website
  2. 2Understand the company
  3. 3Map the products
  4. 4Find published pricing
  5. 5Size the markets
  6. 6Describe the buyers
  7. 7List what buyers ask
  8. 8State the value
  9. 9Find related companies
  10. 10Rank the competitors
  11. 11Compare strengths
  12. 12Sum it up

02 · Nothing invented

If we can't find it, we don't say it.

A profile with a gap is worth more than a profile with a guess. Where the website is silent, the agent stays silent too, and says so.

Prices only when the company publishes them. No estimates, no ranges pulled from thin air.
Market figures arrive with their origin. A number without a source doesn't make the cut.
Comparisons cite the vendor's own pages. Every score in a vendor comparison points to something the vendor actually said.
A blank never overwrites a fact. If a rebuild comes back empty-handed, what was known stays known.

03 · Approved

The company has the final word.

Claiming an AI agent means proving you own the domain. From that moment the company sets what its agent can say, corrects anything, answers the questions buyers ask, and decides when it goes live.

Verified, or honestly unclaimed. Every profile wears its status. Verified means the company approved it. Unclaimed means it is our reading of the public site, waiting for its owner. Assistants see the label too.
Corrections that stick. Fix a fact once and it stays fixed through every future rebuild.
A 9-point trust checklist, in 3 stages. Know you, understand you, trust you. Owners see exactly what's left before an assistant would recommend them.
Published means published. Nothing changes on the public profile until the company publishes again.

04 · Current

Fresh, or rebuilt.

Assistants don't trust last year's company. Neither do we.

30 days, then rebuilt. Anything older than a month is rebuilt from the website rather than reused.
Owners see what's waiting. How many changes are pending since the last publish, in one line.
Comparisons retire at 90 days. A published vendor comparison expires unless it's renewed.
Removal in one request. Prove the domain, and the profile is gone for good.

05 · Measured

Then we show you it's working.

Accuracy is the input. Being known, understood and recommended is the outcome, and you watch every part of it move.

How aware AI is of you. We ask ChatGPT, Claude and Google's AI Overviews about your category and tell you whether they name you, how they describe you, and who they name instead.
How much you've improved. Every check is kept, so you see your AI visibility climb week over week and which change moved it.
How often you're evaluated. As a vendor and as a competitor: how many times AI buyers weighed your company this month, and for what.
Who came to read. Which assistants fetched your profile, and where you rank against every other company on Nowen.
12 checks on your own site. How ready your website is to be read by AI, with a fix for every miss.

Questions people ask

What does "Verified" mean?

The company proved it owns the domain and approves what its Nowen AI agent shows. Verified profiles carry the label on the page and in what assistants read.

What does "Unclaimed" mean?

The profile was compiled by Nowen from the company's public website and hasn't been reviewed by the company yet. It says so on the page, and to any assistant that reads it. Claiming it turns it into a Verified profile the company approves.

Something about my company is wrong. What now?

Claim the profile by proving the domain, then correct it. A correction stays in place through every future rebuild. If you would rather not be listed at all, request removal from the profile page.

How do I get my company removed?

Every profile links to a removal request. Prove the domain and the profile is taken down permanently.
