Through its initiatives—Food Rescue, Neighborhood Nourishment, and Education—the organization rescues food, distributes meals via mobile markets and other programming, educates the public on food waste prevention, and supports businesses with the WasteLess Certified program. It engages volunteers, partners with sponsors, and runs educational courses and events to broaden understanding of food security, sustainability, and responsible food systems.
