Utah Nonprofit Housing Corporation (UNPHC) is Utah’s largest nonprofit developer of affordable multi-family housing. Founded in 1963 and incorporated in 1967, UNPHC works to improve quality of life by providing decent, safe, affordable housing for low- and very-low-income individuals and families. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO), UNPHC develops and manages affordable housing across Utah, operates multiple sites, and partners with community stakeholders to address housing needs.
