Third Sector Capital Partners, Inc. provides outcomes-focused technical assistance (OFTA) directly to federal, state, and local government agencies and their community partners. Through the OFTA engagement strategy, we help agencies review, revise, and improve how they design, implement, and measure the impact of publicly funded social service programs.
