The Reusable Industrial Packaging Association (RIPA) is a North American trade association representing the reconditioners, manufacturers and distributors of reusable industrial packaging. It serves as an information clearinghouse and advocate for the industry, promoting regulatory compliance, environmental stewardship, and the reuse of packaging such as steel, plastic and fiber drums and intermediate bulk containers. RIPA supports its members with educational workshops, conferences, and publications, including industry newsletters and bulletins, and coordinates with international partners like the ICCR to address global standards and regulatory issues.
