RACCA Apprenticeship Program

RACCA offers a four-year HVAC apprenticeship program for residential and light commercial installers/servicers. The program comprises 624 classroom hours and 8,000 on-the-job training hours, culminating in journeyman status. It features year-by-year curricula, employer sponsorship, and evening classes delivered through Pinellas Technical College. The program emphasizes practical skills, industry standards, and career progression.
