PHP's Employment Program is a self-paced, long-term employment program for low-income women, primarily single mothers, in Utah. It delivers coaching, education, and ongoing support to help participants secure stable, well-paying employment. The program unfolds through four coaching phases, job search mentoring, and continuous employer engagement, all powered by volunteers and partnerships with local employers.
