The NHSCA supports the home service contract industry by promoting standards, ethics, and consumer protections; providing informational resources, industry education, advocacy, and opportunities for member collaboration. Members include reputable home service contract providers and related affiliates; the association maintains a Code of Ethics and operates initiatives such as accreditation and membership programs to advance transparency, accountability, and better service for homeowners, real estate professionals, regulators and legislators.
