Homeless Resource Centers (HRCs)

Homeless Resource Centers (HRCs) form a networked solution delivering emergency shelter, case management, housing navigation, health care, meals, security, transportation, and access to community resources. The model uses a centralized Coordinated Entry System to connect people to housing and services quickly, supported by mobile medical clinics and broad community partnerships. The approach includes Neighborhood Advisory Councils to foster local engagement and accountability, with six resource centers across Salt Lake County working toward moving individuals and families from crisis to housing stability.

Medically Vulnerable People (MVP) program

Interim housing and medical services program for seniors, veterans, and medically frail individuals experiencing homelessness. MVP provides a safe environment to access housing services, health care, and care management with the goal of moving toward permanent housing. The Sandy City MVP facility is planned to accommodate 165 residents and involves partnerships with The Road Home to support residents' health and stability.

FINCH supports the Ending Family Homelessness Plan by offering family-specific shelter capacity and dedicated services to help families quickly transition to permanent housing.
