Nonprofit construction partner building housing for those experiencing homelessness in Utah.

HomeAid Utah is the charitable arm of Shelter Providers of Utah and the Salt Lake Home Builders Association. It partners with nonprofit service providers to support individuals experiencing homelessness by building housing and related facilities. It does not operate direct services; instead, it serves as a dedicated construction partner, connecting the home-building industry with community projects to create safe, dignified spaces where nonprofits can deliver housing, healthcare, therapy, education and other essential services. Through collaboration with builder partners and trades, HomeAid Utah provides scoping, resource recruitment, and project coordination, enabling providers to allocate more of their funds to direct client care and services. The organization emphasizes cost savings through in-kind donations and a network of supporters to accelerate completions and expand capacity for nonprofit providers.
