Private Tours are Go Ahead Tours’ private departure option for groups of 10 or more travelers. You’ll have your own dedicated Go Ahead Tours team, a Tour Director focused solely on your group, and curated, pre-planned itineraries with built-in flexibility for dates, group size, and room configurations. The package includes pre-planned optional excursions and extensions, exclusive perks, and VIP support. A free mobile app helps you preview hotels, chat with your group and Tour Director, and share photos. If you have 14 or more travelers, we can design a completely custom itinerary tailored to your interests.

Travel Protection

Travel Protection plans provide pre-departure and on-tour coverage designed specifically for Go Ahead Tours travelers. Plans include cancellation & interruption, baggage & personal effects, travel & baggage delay, and accident & sickness coverage (up to $100,000 with Travel Protection). Two plan options exist: Travel Protection and Basic Travel Protection. A Pre-Existing Condition Waiver is available with the Early Enrollment window, and AnyReason Protection offers a non-insurance cancellation fee waiver. Enroll by the Tour Finalization Date. Coverage is underwritten by United States Fire Insurance Company; detailed terms are described in the policy.

Flight Packages

Flight Packages arrange round-trip airfare for Go Ahead Tours itineraries. An in-house Flights Team is dedicated to securing the best itinerary, leveraging EF’s global network and airline partnerships. Schedules are released about a year out, and the Flights Team helps guests explore options. After booking, itineraries can be viewed in the online account 85–60 days before departure. You can add flights after booking in most cases. Airlines booked are major international carriers; no no-frills carriers are used. You can request seat assignments, choose from flight options, and upgrade to Premium Economy or Business Class for an additional cost. Direct flights may not be available from all departure cities.

The deposit starts at $99 to reserve a tour, and payments are typically completed by the Tour Finalization Date (often 70 or 90 days before departure).
