Disaster displacement policy and governance
Search results show the broader disaster preparedness / natural disaster management market is roughly USD 187–200B globally (multiple market reports). Because "disaster displacement policy and governance" is a policy/coordination/consultancy subset (planning, advocacy, governance frameworks, capacity building), it likely represents a small share of overall preparedness spending. Applying a conservative 1–2% allocation of the broader market to policy/governance yields an estimated market size ~USD 2.0B. Growth potential is set below the technology-heavy segments (reports cite 8–12% CAGRs) given policy/aid funding growth and rising attention to climate displacement, so a moderate CAGR ~6% is estimated.
Humanitarian coordination and multi-stakeholder dialogue
Search results contained programmatic and coordination-focused UN documents and practitioner commentary but no explicit market-size or CAGR figures. I therefore estimated using sector hierarchy: total global humanitarian assistance typically ranges roughly $30–50B annually; coordination and multi‑stakeholder dialogue (cluster coordination, convening, capacity building, platforms, joint assessments) typically represent a small share of humanitarian spend (approx. 3–5%). Applying that share yields an estimated market size ~0.9–2.5 billion USD; I selected a midpoint estimate of 1.5 billion USD. Growth potential reflects drivers visible in the results (increased focus on system-wide coordination, digital/innovation efforts, rising disaster‑related displacement) and broader sector trends toward rising humanitarian needs and investment in coordination — leading to an estimated CAGR in the mid-single digits (5–8%); I used 6.0% as a central estimate.
Evidence and data coordination for displacement risk
Search results contain descriptive examples (IDMC, NYC, Berkeley UDP, SF Bay Area, InvestHealth) but no explicit market or revenue figures. These sources show the activity is primarily public-sector, academic and non-profit funded, fragmented across city, regional and international programs. Using internal knowledge of adjacent markets (geospatial analytics, humanitarian data services, climate/disaster research funding) and the visible scale of featured initiatives, I estimate the niche global annual market for commissioning, curating and coordinating displacement-risk evidence and datasets at about $200M (~0.2 billion USD). Growth potential is strong due to increasing climate-driven displacement, urbanization, donor and government demand for data-driven policy, and digital data platforms—estimated CAGR ~10% over coming years.
Communication, advocacy and awareness raising for displaced populations
No explicit market-size or CAGR data found in the supplied search results. I estimated using sector proxies: global humanitarian assistance (order of magnitude ~USD 40–60B) as the parent market and typical communications/advocacy shares (roughly 1–3% of humanitarian budgets) plus additional spending by NGOs, coalitions and donors on visibility and campaigns. That yields a rough market range of about USD 0.5–1.5B; I selected USD 1.0B as a conservative midpoint. Growth potential (CAGR ~6%) reflects rising displacement from climate and disasters, growing donor interest in protection/advocacy, and expansion of digital/awareness channels, implying moderate annual growth (roughly 4–7%).
