Emergency Food Pantry

Emergency Food Pantry is Crossroads Urban Center's program delivering food assistance to low-income Utahns through a network of pantries, including Downtown Pantry and Westside Pantry. It distributes food bags or boxes, baby formula, diapers, hygiene items, UTA day passes, prescription assistance, gasoline vouchers, and clothing vouchers. The program operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM in the Salt Lake City area.

Crossroads Thrift Store provides clothing and household items to the community. The store primarily distributes clothing on a referral basis, serving families in need. It is located at 1385 West Indiana Avenue, Salt Lake City, and operates Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The store relies on generous donations and volunteers to help serve hundreds each week.

FACE Hunger and Homelessness is Crossroads' faith-based advocacy coalition. The coalition organizes monthly Zoom meetings, various involvement opportunities, and direct engagement with elected officials.

CHAP works to preserve and increase low-income housing opportunities in Utah, including preserving scarce SRO housing, merging Section 8 waiting lists, calling attention to homelessness, and identifying resources for low-income housing development.

The program highlights the 2025 Thanksgiving and 2025 Christmas giveaways and invites community involvement.
