Rookie Program & Internships

The Rookie Program and internships give students paid, hands-on experience across Under Armour. In the U.S., the flagship Rookie Program runs for 12 weeks during the summer at UA’s global headquarters in Baltimore. In Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia‑Pacific (APAC), two cohorts per year run for five to six months, with Rookies based in Amsterdam or in various APAC offices.
