The Platform for Collaboration on Tax (PCT) is a joint initiative of the International Monetary Fund, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, the United Nations, and the World Bank Group that seeks to strengthen domestic resource mobilization by coordinating guidance, tools, and capacity-building for tax policy and administration in developing and emerging countries. It brings together the four partners to share knowledge and support reform across areas such as tax policy, revenue administration, and broader tax system reform through analytical work, knowledge products, workshops and training, and a global tax projects database.

**Mission:** To support countries’ efforts to improve revenue mobilization by leveraging the expertise of the four Partner Organizations, and to develop guidance and tools to assist countries with tax system reforms, focusing on environmental taxation, international taxation, and Medium-Term Revenue Strategies.
